Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for membership to the Coffs Coast Soles Sisters you must comply with the following terms and conditions:
Membership Criteria
- You must be over 18 years of age and female.
- You must be a fully paid member.
- Your membership is valid for 12 months from date of payment.
- Your membership is not refundable or transferrable.
- Your membership will cease if not renewed.
Disclosure of personal information
Disclosed personal information is used for the following purposes:
- To allow walk leaders to contact members regarding activities
- To allow members to contact other members to arrange car-pooling.
- To allow walk leaders access to emergency contact in case of an incident
- To provide personal information to emergency services if required.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your permission.
Photography & Video
- Agree to being visible in photos or videos that are used on the website unless the member has declined.
- Agree to the use of your photography or video on the website unless the member has declined for images to be used.
Risk
The member will have read and understands the Acknowledgement of Risks and that by voluntarily participating in activities of the Coffs Coast Sole Sisters which are described to the member by the activity leader is aware that participation in the activities may expose the member to hazards and risks that could lead to injury, illness, or death or to loss of or damage to personal property.
Liability & Insurance
- Personal and liability insurance covers all our activities unless we make a disclosure.
- A member must inform the leader of any health issues that may impact their ability to complete the activity safely.
Complaints
The committee will overview any complaints accordingly to the Constitution.
Annual General Meeting
The Coffs Coast Sole Sisters Annual General Meeting is held annually in August and every member is allowed one vote.
Minimal Bushwalking Impact
The member has read the Bushwalkers Code by NSW Bushwalking Corporation and understands CCSS endorse & abide by this code to create minimal impact where we walk & camp.

Respect to Gumbayngirr Nation
Members are required to respect the lands of all indigenous cultures who have care taken these lands. And understand not to remove any plants, animals or rocks or disturb sacred sites.
