AGM COFFS COAST SOLES SISTERS
HELD 23 AUGUST 2025 @ 9.00 AM
NORTH COAST REGIONAL BOTANIC GARDENS, COFFS HARBOUR

Present:  Jane Reynolds, Jenny Triglone, Linda Williams, Linda Ingelby, Bernie Patton, Wendy Caesar, Alison Slinn, Melinda Gosschalk, Sandy Charbonneau, Julie Water, Sharon King, Mel McCosker, Rachel Langley, Leslee Fitton, Sarah Moody, Jennie Lane, Wendy Lamrock, Trudy Watson, Nicole Leonard, Christine Snowball, Joy Ash, Karon Snowdon, Margie McLennan, Rosie Wittleton.

Welcome by Jane Reynolds, President
Jane welcomed everyone to the 2025 Coffs Coast Sole Sisters AGM and acknowledged our ancestors, first people of the land and our desire to continue to care and protect our country.

Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Minutes of the AGM held on 4 August 2024 were presented and accepted by Jenny Triglone and Margie McLennan.

President’s Report
Jane Reynolds presented the President’s Report which will be available on the Coffs Coast Sole Sisters website for information.

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer's Report was presented, and the financial statement was accepted by Wendy Caesar.

Election of Committee
Nominations for the Committee were presented by Jennie Lane.  The Committee was reelected as follows:

Rene Hartsuyker has resigned from the position of Treasurer.  Linda Ingelby was nominated and accepted as Treasurer.  Rene Hartsuyker will be removed as a bank account signatory and Linda Ingelby will be added.

Other Business
Jane acknowledged the success of the Twilight Walks & Dinners led by Cheryl Patrick and thanked Linda Ingleby for the work put into developing the Snowy Mountain Adventure being held in April 2025.

Meeting closed at 10.30 am and members enjoyed tea, coffee and scones in the sunshine.
