Welcome by Jane Reynolds, President

Jane welcomed everyone to the inaugural Coffs Coast Sole Sisters AGM. Thanks were expressed to members for their continued support.

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The Minutes of the Committee meeting held on 6 April 2024 were presented and accepted.

President’s Report

Jane Reynolds presented the President’s Report and it is available on the Coffs Coast Sole Sisters website for information:  President's Annual Report (coffscoastsolesisters.com)

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer's Report was presented, and the financial statement was accepted.

Election of Committee

Nominations for the Committee were presented by Elizabeth Keith and accepted by members as follows:

         Leader Development Coordinator     Linda Williams

         Member Representative                     Melinda Gosschalk

Heather Wallace resigned from the position of Public Officer and Sandy Charbonneau was nominated and accepted as Public Officer.  Accordingly Heather Wallace will be removed as a bank account signatory and Sandy Charbonneau will be added.

Other Business

Ros Holcombe expressed gratitude to the Committee for the hard work and commitment.
